The MP2006 is a Rugged Dot Matrix (or impact) printer is specifically designed for in-vehicle applications. The MP2006 is ideal for printing forms, invoices or tickets in a mobile work environment. Capable of printing one original and three copies. It can be used either with sprocket feed documents.

In-vehicle design
The MP2006 printer built in a solid steel housing with integrated paper tray. The printer is field tested for harsh environments and operates under extreme temperatures, severe shocks and vibrations. The unit operates on mobile power of 12 VDC to 36 VDC).

Usability
The soundproof MP2006 is user-friendly. Power and communication connections are placed on one side. Loading paper is simple because of the integrated paper tray. The ink ribbon is easy to replace. The robust mounting frame provides a firm assembly.

Connections
The standard interface provided is serial. Optionally the printer can be equipped with a parallel Interface, wireless Bluetooth v1.1 (long range up to 10 mtrs.).
